Real-Time PCR enables the sensitive, specific, qualitative and quantitative for nucleic acids. The principle of real-time PCR relies on the use of fluorescent dye. The amount of nucleic acid present in the sample is quantified using the fluorescent dye or using the fluorescently labelled oligos.
